Welcome to Living On Pet Clinic

While it is no secret that Eagle County is a dog-friendly town where owners treat their pets as family, 24-hour emergency veterinarian services are not as abundant. Longtime local and pet sitter/dog walker/massage therapist Amanda Welch is trying to change that with her Living On LLC concept that is currently in the works.

“As of now, there is limited after-hours emergency care for local pets and no options for animals who are here from out of town,” Welch explains. “There is a need for that type of care for both local and visiting pets which is why Living On will be so beneficial to the Vail Valley.”

Welch’s ultimate goal is to offer after-hours emergency vet services that are open to everyone, as well as chiropractic, grooming, acupuncture, massage, physical therapy, training, and boarding services. She would also like to have an underwater treadmill for dogs recovering from hip and ACL surgeries.

“Every animal is important and deserves care and I strongly believe in leading with love,” Welch says. “I have lot of people behind me but need some additional help from the community.” And that’s where the importance of bringing awareness to Living On LLC comes in.

 

Silent auction items include local art, goods, and gift cards, as well as bundles from Wishes, Fresh Tracks, the Bookworm and more. Additionally, attendees can bid on massages, pet sitting and grooming services, and Iron Mountain Hot Springs passes, among other items. Please take note that the silent auction concludes at 2 p.m.
